Refund and Return Policy

At GOCustomWorks, we do everything we can to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. However, should you not be satisfied, you can make use of our return and refund policy under the conditions below.

1. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)

1.1 As a consumer, you have the right to return your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason.

1.2 After registering your return, you have another 14 days to actually send the product back.

1.3 The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging, if reasonably possible.

1.4 To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must contact us in advance via gocustomworks@gmail.com. ---

2. Return Procedure

2.1 Send an email to gocustomworks@gmail.com with:

- Your order number
- The reason for return (optional)
- Photos of the product (if damaged or defective)

2.2 Upon receipt of your request, you will receive return instructions.

3. Shipping Costs for Returns

3.1 The costs for return shipping are at the customer's expense, unless:

- The product was delivered defective
- Or we made a mistake

3.2 We recommend using a shipping method with track & trace.

3.3 GOCustomWorks is not responsible for loss or damage during return shipments.

4. Refunds

4.1 As soon as we have received and checked your return shipment, you will receive a confirmation by email. 4.2 Upon approval, the purchase amount will be refunded within 5–7 working days via the original payment method.

4.3 Any standard shipping costs of the original order will only be refunded if the entire order is returned.

4.4 Return shipping costs will not be reimbursed, unless the error is on our part.

5. Exceptions to returns

The following products are excluded from the right of withdrawal:

5.1 Custom-made or personalized products that have been produced specifically for you

5.2 Products that:

- Have been used
- Have been damaged by the customer
- Are no longer in their original condition

6. Defective or incorrectly delivered products

6.1 Have you received a defective or incorrect product? Please contact us as soon as possible via gocustomworks@gmail.com. 6.2 In this case, we will offer a suitable solution free of charge, such as:

- Replacement of the product
- Or a full refund

7. Cancellations

7.1 Orders can be cancelled as long as they have not yet been shipped or put into production.

7.2 Since many of our products are produced to order (made-to-order), cancellation may not always be possible once production has started.

7.3 In the event of cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible via gocustomworks@gmail.com.
