1.1 We ship within the Netherlands, Belgium, and other European countries. Available countries and shipping costs are displayed during checkout.
1.2 For orders within the Netherlands and Belgium, shipping costs or free shipping may apply, depending on the order value.
1.3 Orders are shipped via reliable carriers such as PostNL, DHL, or similar delivery services.

2. Processing Time
2.1 Many of our products are produced to order (made-to-order). As a result, processing time may vary.
2.2 On average, orders are processed within 1–3 working days, unless otherwise stated with the product.
2.3 Orders are only processed on working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). ---
3. Delivery Time
3.1 The estimated delivery times are:
- The Netherlands & Belgium: 2–5 working days
- Other European countries: 3–10 working days
3.2 Delivery times are indicative and may vary due to busy periods, holidays, or external factors.
3.3 GOCustomWorks is not liable for delays caused by carriers.

4.1 As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

5. Damaged or Missing Shipments

6.1 Please check your address carefully when placing your order.
6.2 GOCustomWorks is not responsible for delays or loss resulting from an incorrectly entered address.

7.1 Orders can only be changed or cancelled before they have been shipped or put into production.
7.2 Since many products are produced to order, cancellation may not always be possible once production has started.
